Service Description

The package consists of a detailed retrofit assessment of the building which goes beyond the requiements of a domestic energy assessment (used to produce Energy Performance Certificates). We will then create a plan detailing the measures need to be installed and when they should be installed to show the optimal retrofit pathway over a set period of time. This includes a look at building physics like air flow, heat, moisture and light.
